We’ll set you up with a tethered balloon event that is guaranteed to catch the eye of every passerby and, since each event is uniquely tailored to the individual, we offer two balloon systems to meet your specific needs.

Non-superpressure
Used in our free-flight ride operations, this system is unmodified and is restricted to weather conditions with winds no greater than 8 mph.

superpressure
This system has been specifically modified with tether operations in mind. Through the use of a special pressurizing fan and burner system that continuously feeds heated air into the envelope, these balloons offer the ability of tethered flight in winds up to 15 mph. Because of gentle wind conditions, early mornings and late afternoons offer the best conditions for ballooning. In most cases, however, our superpressure system can allow you to fly during times of the day when the winds are greater, allowing greater flexibility in scheduling your event.

SITE REQUIREMENTS
The balloon is 75’ TO 90’ tall and requires a square area 200’ on each side, free of overhead and ground obstructions.
