Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel your reservation or reschedule your flight, please contact us by phone at least 48 hours prior to your flight date to defer any additional charges. Cancellations less than 24 hours before flight time are charged 100% for flight cost.
Because we are a weather dependent activity we can not refund the price of flight because of cancellation due to wind, rain, or other acts of God. We will make every effort to reschedule your flight at a time that is convenient for you.
